How to create a static page Template?

I am creating a website with a bunch of static pages.

Basically all my content will directly be inserted into a new page, instead of blog posts(if you must know its a “top 10 website” with top 10 lists of everything).

I am currently using the Twenty Fourteen theme.

I want to create Page Templates, so that all I need to do when I write a new article, is insert the text. This way, I wont have to worry about changing the styling, the CSS, placement, or the page design/layout in general.

Is there any way to do this?
