How to – Create a post on the subdomain

Good evening all,

I’m new to the WordPress game and have been trying to figure it out on my own with the help of tutorials, other forum posts and help files. Unfortunately for this problem I just can’t seem to figure it out, so I thought I would come to the professionals and ask for some (more) help.

I have a site – http://www.crozon.ca – with 4 subdomains.

One of them – http://www.crozon.ca/blog – I would like to use specifically as a blog.
What I would like to do is create a post, for example (Post Title 1) and have it automatically attached to the subdomain: http://www.crozon.ca/blog/post-title-1

I also would like http://www.crozon.ca/blog to function like a regular old blog showing the posts as I publish them.

Is this possible?
