    Hello Christelle, and thanks to show waht you want to achieve.

    Globally, this kind of thing is achieved using MASONRY.JS, even without WordPress, as it will make bricks, a list of vertical bricks.

    Again in general, free themes dont use it, but once you have dependencies, masonty will display your posts well in a … brick way :p

    Thanks for your swift reply, I really appreciate it. I am using pagelines to build a site.

    I am not familiar with this so I might seem a little stupid with the questions I ask. How do I get MASONRY.JS? Can I download it somewhere or is this custom code?
