How to create a list of users for reviews to be assigned to by reviewers?

Dear Admin,

I was giving Site Reviews a try and I feel that this is a good plugin with great potential.

Currently I’m using Ultimate Members to carry out user registration and allow them (as well as other members) to view their profile pages. I’m looking to create a reviews section in their profile page using Site Reviews where other members can give them reviews. However I noticed that the ratings section I created using Gutenberg block requires the admin to assign reviews to a user / page / category. I like to ask if there is a feature that allows other members to assign reviews to a user that they can select from a list?
