How to create a hidden 'Thank You Page'

    Hi,

    I’m currently using the ‘Easy Sign-Up’ plug-in and would like to direct people to a thank you page once they have signed up. However, at the moment, all my pages are appearing in the menu bar on the home page. I would like the thank you page to be hidden so that ONLY the people who have signed up can see it. Is this possible, without having to get Optimize Press/Leadpages etc?
