Using WP Job Manager’s shortcodes, you can integrate it with any membership plugin. I use Ultimate Member, others use User Registration & User Profile – Profile Builder, and you can even use WooCommerce to allow front-end registration and log-in.

@arunkumarbethi – in terms of the basics, once you have Ultimate Member installed, you can set pages (like a dashboard page, where you have the WP Job Manager job_dashboard shortcode) to only be accessible to those logged-in, and you can set the Ultimate Member registration and login pages to redirect to the dashboard page, thus connecting/integrating front-end registration and login (via Ultimate Member) with WP Job Manager.
