How to create a form with these requirements?

Hi guys, I’m going to purchase Elementor Pro to use maybe with an elementar theme like Hello or Blocksy.
I need to create a form to let the users insert posts that later I have to moderate and approve.
The form should have these specifications:
– different fields, some with plain text, other not
– possibility to upload pictures with description
– some kind of login by means of social network, if possible I would show a social icon like instagram or facebook after approved and published the post

Is it possible to do this for free using Elementor Pro and eventually other plugins?
