We would like to create a fixed top menu so that you don’t have to click on the three lines to see the menu. How do we do this?

The theme does not have the option to show horizontal menu bar in the header. This option is available in the premium version.

Is that $39 a one time fee? I noticed in fine print it says +$10 a year for updates. What does that mean? Updates for my personal site?
