How to create a different link when clicking on 'circle'

Hello!

I’m just starting out with my website.. and was wondering if I can create a different link when you click on the circles, instead of http://www.charlottewainwrightdesign.com/?p=1 taking me to post 1, can i make one click take me to http://charlottewainwright.bigcartel.com/ for example. (I don’t mind if post 1 is still there, but not obviously reachable!)
