How to create a custom page template

hi guys im newbie here in customizr and im pretty dizzy on the codes snippets here inside so im having a hard time customizing it,btw im creating a business blog for my boss and i want to have a separate template in my other page since im creating somewhat like the site of 3dstuffmaker.com,and the template here is simply white,can someone help me so that i can make the page template and finished my work,thanks a lot for your effort.
