Hello guys. Please tell me how I can correct the name of the language subdirectory? It is wrong. I created the Czech language. And the transliteration is CZ. But the bogo plugin created a subdirectory called CS. The CEO asked me to fix this. How can i do this? Thanks in advance.

In this screenshot you can see that the Russian files have the correct name.

No correction is needed. cs is the correct ISO 639-1 code for the Czech language.

Why then was the file itself created with the CZ transliteration?

And pay attention to the Russian files in the same screenshot. they are created correctly. The directory and file name are the same.
