 * Somehow there are duplicate entries of all folders in the DB. the duplicates 
   are all appended with a -2. How can I delete all of the duplicate entries without
   deleting the associated photos?

 * Just to clarify the original folder and the duplicate both point to the same 
   pictures, so deleting the duplicate folder deletes the associated pictures and
   breaks the original folder.
