    Hello there,

I’m getting really frustrated about Printful compatibility to the Cloudflare!
Printful just refusing to sync after I moved to the Cloudflare and installed Cloudflare official plugin.

    The Printful support says:

Our IT team has no advice to give on how to configure Cloudflare to allow our traffic and how it can be achieved. I recommend you get a personal developer or contact your hosting provider to see if they can help you with this.

I recommend you either try to switch off Cloudflare and connect with Woocommerce directly or contact our store setup services or personal developers.

emmmm what?! Seems that Printful live chit-chat people never heard of Cloudflare.

Dear Printful IT team PLEASE do something to make Printful compatible to the modern hosting solutions!!!

    Thanx

  • Hey, I’m sorry to hear about your experience but our Printful API documentation can be found here: https://www.printful.com/docs and we won’t be able to assist you with custom setup or other changes on your store end.

Store setup/custom changes are listed as a (presumably fee-based) service on the Printful site. Is this option no longer available?

    From https://www.printful.com/docs:

    Request endpoint
All API requests have to be sent to this URL:

    https://api.printful.com/
If you are using a proxy, make sure that all requests have host header set to api.printful.com

If I’m reading the Cloudflare API page correctly, all you have to do is create a PageRule that matches https://api.printful.com/* with the following settings:

    Cache Level: Bypass
    Always Online: OFF
    Web Application Firewall: YMMV
    Security Level: Not IUAM
    Browser Integrity Check: OFF

From “Using Cloudflare with your API

    @alexwave13 – hope this helps
@edwardza – ignore my previous reply, your helpful link to the docs included “Request Endpoint”, which was the missing piece

Any luck with cloudflare and printful? Did anyone manage to find a cloudflare page rule or firewall rule that works?

The above rule did not work for me – which is, I guess, related to the url api.printful.com

    Many thanks!
