Hello there @janaa,
The plugin should detect that the environment is different and should auto-disable. If you cannot delete it from the WP-dashboard, you can safely remove it by deleting the folder inside wp-content/plugins/sg-cachepress.
Also, remove any htaccess rules set by the plugin from your htaccess file located at the root directory of the website. When you are done, you can also remove the combined assets folder from wp-content/uploads/siteground-optimizer-assets.
Kind regards,
Stoyan

Thanks, Stoyan, much appreciated.
Hi,
What about wp-content/cache/?
It could be some remains of the plugin there as well?
Hey @josem3748
We don’t add anything there.
We store combined files in uploads/siteground-optimizer-assets.
