  • Hi there. I have Events Calendar and Event Tickets. I have made a test page. We need customers to be able to buy tickets to a training event, and I was playing around both with RSVP and Tickets. What I need is to collect the name, email, phone, and company of the customer registering, but I don’t know how to combine this. RSVP seems only include full name, email and RSVP spots. Then Tickets brings them through Paypal, which is what we want. However, even if I figured out how to include more form fields in the RSVP, these are 2 things customers would need to fill out (1 is RSVP and 1 is ticket to pay). I need it so I can collect the data I need and then allow them to pay in one pass. How do I set that up? Thanks!

    Sorry for the wait! We’ve been experiencing a high volume of support requests.

    This is actually a feature of Event Tickets Plus that we call Additional Fields. This allows you to customize the ticket and RSVP attendee info.
