    Hi, is there any option to collapse all items?

    Something like mobile menu with Hamburger icon???

    You can do it yourself – there is no special setting for it.

    Any suggestions? im using taxonomy – product_cat.
    so how to add “virtual parent” item on top to collapse all categories ??

    You can output icon HTML anywhere you need, then use any other plugin, that can display the popup by clicking that icon and displaying the Iks Menu shortcode in the popup.
    Be aware: this plugin must render Iks Menu at page load time (not via AJAX or etc.), because Iks Menu not supporting delayed rendering at this time.
