Does Pixel Cat clean up the old per-page pixel data from SQL after upgrading?

I suspect not, because it needs that data if an admin switches back.

How can I delete the old data from SQL if I don’t want it anymore?

    Hello there,

We do not remove the data added by the old plugin from the database because it needs to be there if our users switch back to the old plugin.

To remove the old data, you need to switch back, and manually delete it.

It shouldn’t affect anything, as it’s not loaded anymore, but it is just hanging out there in his database.

    Thanks.

What SQL table is it in?

I don’t want to delete by hand, we have over 500 posts with the old pixels in them.

    Thanks.

    Hello there,

Since you are not using the old Pixel plugin, the SQL entries for the old plugin should not be a problem since they are not communicating with anything and are just there without affecting anything.

Since we acquired this plugin from another developer and upgraded it to the new Pixel it’s also hard for us to tell where the data is saved but it should not be a problem.

    Thanks.
