To be eligible and redeem the $125 ad credits from Pinterest, you must newly complete the setup of Pinterest for WooCommerce, set up your billing with Pinterest Ads Manager, and spend $15 with Pinterest ads. Ad credits may vary by country and is subject to availability.
If all conditions according to Pinterest are met, credits should be attributed automatically.

Additionally, you have to set up your billing arrangement with Pinterest Ads Manager and must spend a minimum of $15 on Pinterest ads. According to Pinterest, credits should be attributed automatically if all conditions are met.
