You need all of those files. A basic WordPress installation has well over 1100 files.
I know that…using wordpress since a long time ^_^
What i wanna know is my mistake perhaps there are some useless files or directories there…
for ex: a wordpress installation doesn’t have folder named “administrator”..does it?
Thats what i wanna eliminate!

No it doesn’t. The only thing I can suggest is that you download and unpack a fresh copy of WordPress to your machine and then do a folder-by-folder comparison with your remote site. Just bear in mind that you will have extra sub-folders in wp-content. That’s normal.
So, basically, plugins doesn’t effect anything else then wp-content??
and can you please list the basic folders and files which exist in wordpress root??
download it, unpack it and there’s your list.
I never had a look at it but does anything change after installing, and uploading loads of themes and plugins??
