How to change what page my blog shows up on, using WordPress 4.0

    Hi,
    I’m currently trying to create a blog page on my website, that is not my home page.
    I have read many questions about this, but they all must have been using older versions of WordPress. The solutions I read told me to go to SETTINGS > READING and then to click the drop down menu which allows users to change their home page to static and another page to their blog.
    However, in WordPress 4.0, I do not see the drop down menus in my “Reading” tab.
