My website is a dropshipping website, so I use a tool called ezusy to import products from aliexpress to my website. However, sometimes I am left with the variation names a little bit different, such as “IK51-GeZHong” instead of “checkered.” Is there anyway to change the names of variations of a product without having to do all the variations all over? Help appreciated, thanks.

    Hi @starrsy12,

I’m not familiar with this ezusy you mention to import your products. It sounds like using that plugin might be the reason why variation’s names are being changed on import?

Are you able to take the products info exported from Aliexpress > use the WooCommerce core’s importer/exporter CVS format > add your products in that CSV > then do an import to see if the names stay as is. Importing products shouldn’t change their names.

Here’s more info on the core importer/exporter: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/product-csv-importer-exporter/

    Hi,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
