I find it irritating that so many plugins assign their menu item to the top level, making it extra long. I’m hoping this plugin will allow me to changee some of these to submenus.

For example, I want to put BackWPup‘s menu into the Tools menu. If I click on Tools, its submenus are displayed on the right. Dragging the BackWPup item over there doesn’t do the job.

Sorry, it’s not possible to move top level menus to submenus in the free version. That feature is only available in the Pro version. In that version, it actually is as simple as dragging the menu to the end of a submenu (you can re-position it later).

Eh? Sorry, I don’t understand the question. What do you want to do with your registration and/or profile page?
