How To Change The Position Of Theme's Menu?

I’m totally new to wordpress and in fact I just created self-hosted website this week, I use the valerie theme and it has been an awesome theme so far, but as expected, things don’t always go as the previews of the theme.

My first question: How do I change the position of my website’s(sekefowode.com) menu? that is, I’d like to place the menu bar at the bottom instead of the top as it obstructs the images in the background slider.

My Second question: With such theme, do you think there’s a special way to
add an image of me in my “about me” page, I’ve tried everything possible, adding featured images, the “add media” button, and what not, I just can’t get that page to display a picture of me and a text next to it.
