    Hi, Tobias

    On the page https://consumerfundingsydney.wpcomstaging.com/tablepress-test/, we are using the filter, button and the filter-widget extensions. I have some questions related to them.

    1. Can we filter the Financial Support coloum like:
    0-2000,2000-4000,4000-6000,etc
    or
    bigger/smaller than <input/>
    Is there any extensions support that?

    2. Is it possible to move the filter from the first line to the filter-widget line?
    So we want it shows like:
    Year,Company name,Search in name of health customer,Search in Description,Financial Support
    The Year,Company name,Financial Support are select box, and Search in name of health customer,Search in Description are input box.
    If not, is it possible to show both the title and the search box? On our website it only have the search box, which only shows part of the title. And because it is using a filter, the method of changing the width of the column on the FAQ page does not working.

    3. Is it possible to display the download button in the upper right corner? Also how can we make the buttons smaller?

    Regards,
    Yiwen

    Hi,

    thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

    Unfortunately, I’ll have to disappoint you here.

    1. Currently it’s not possible to have such a range filtering, only exact (string) matching is available.

    2. Here, I’m not aware of a method to mix these input fields. The available Extensions are “either or”, but don’t offer mixing.

    3. To move the download buttons to the right, and to make them smaller, please add this to the “Custom CSS” textarea on the “Plugin Options” screen of TablePress:

    .dataTables_wrapper .dt-buttons {
      text-align: right;
    }
    .dataTables_wrapper .dt-buttons button {
      width: 50px;
      padding: 2px;
    }

    Regards,
    Tobias
