Hey @mastababa,
Looking at my Mailchimp Account all of my checkbox interest groups are pulling through in the same order as Mailchimp. I would try to clear the Mailchimp Cache and see if that fixes things.
You can find by going to the form you’d like to edit and under “Associated List Settings” you’ll see a button to clear the cache.
Let me know if that sorts it out for you!
Cheers,
Freddie
Thanks. I did try that, but clearing the cache makes no difference for me; the order remains the same.
It’s hard to say what order is really maintained, as I only have two groups. The first group in the form is the group that was created first, but should alphabetically be second. In Mailchimp, I’ve got the group that was created second and is alphabetically first as the first of the two groups.

Okay sorry for the late response I’ve been working on a solution for you! All you need to do is the following:
– Go to Easy Forms > Settings
– Under Additional Settings select API Cache Settings
– Clear Mailchimp API cache
– Go to Easy Forms > Opt-in Forms
– Choose The Form with mismatched interest groups.
– Locate the checkbox field in the Form Builder.
– Delete that field by clicking it and selecting Remove field
(bottom right)
– Now click on the interest groups and select your checkbox interest group.
Make sure you update the form and then you should have the correct version. Note, if you’re using Gutenberg blocks you’ll need to go into those blocks and select your form from the list again to allow it to update as well.
Let me know if you hit any snags!
Cheers,
Freddie
Thanks.
I stumbled upon this by accident. Wasn’t sure whether the removal/addition after clearing the cache was indeed what did the trick, but apparently it was.
Best, thanks.

Awesome!
I’m adding this as an issue so that the user experience can be cleaned up a bit thanks for bringing it to my attention!
