    Hi everyone,
I need help changing the font color of the tagline on my site, located here:
    http://s455493928.onlinehome.us/

Currently the tagline and the date are black and I would like to change the color to white. How would I go about doing this with this theme?

I have searched the forums and tried the steps in other topics, but the steps suggested by looking for the color in the style.css but can’t seem to locate where the font color for this is specified.

    Thanks for your help!

  • I can take a look at the actual file from my other machine in the morning, but I believe I have my tagline colored by color=”xxxxxx” on its line in my Child Theme’s header.php.

edit: Take a look here: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/how-to-twenty-twelve-title-and-tag-line-overlaying-header?replies=2

Thank you, I will try this out and report back.

    Thanks again!

    Hi,
I followed the steps in the provided links, but unfortunately it did not work. It basically adds the large white box, which covers the top nav buttons but I was unable to change the color of the text of the tagline and date/time using those steps.

    Example of the change:

Any other suggestions on where I can look to to change this color since it’s not located in the style.css?

    Thanks again for your time.

    *edit:
    Issue is now resolved.
For anyone else that may need help with it, the location was in style.css under “#feedarea {“

Thanks for your time leejosepho and big thanks to yulian (theme author) for your detailed help. Much appreciated!
