    Aloha,
    so while I was doing a conference call I noticed that when a customer adds a product to his cart on my webshop and then views the cart, the standard shipping destination selected is always Germany. I had customers from the Netherlands, UK, USA and Australia test that and the all saw Germany pre selected when opening their cart.

    Is there a way to change that to a different country/Shipping zone? Or even better, is there a way to select the customers shipping zone when the open the cart based on their IP?

    Hi, Alex, thank you for your interest in our plugin.

    Maybe you’ve set in you WooCommerce settings the default shipping address to your shop address? (please, look into WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping → Shipping Options)

    …this question is out of scope of any shipping method, because WooCommerce manage by itself the addresses, and then assign the address to a shipping zone. Please, read this reply:

    …about defaut address per IP, I’m sure there is a plugin that does this, but I can’t advise you, I’m sorry, I haven’t tried any of them.

    thanks for your reply.
    I have set the settings to “Default to customer shipping address” however it still shows Germany by default, no matter where the customer is from. So the Woocommerce post is not helping either.

    So there is no way to change this?

    Hi @rainbowalex. WooCommerce remember addresses, …are you tested in a new incognito browser window?

    In any case, you should request support into WooCommerce plugin, this question aren’t related to any shipping method.

    yes I have tried that but its the same result. OK I will contact WooCommerce support again. Thanks anyways for your help.
