How to Change Search Queries Permalinks

I want to change search queries permalinks.
When I search at my blog url is like that
http://www.domain.com/search/ searched keyword
I want to change this permalink to
http://www.domain.com/unique id/search/searched keyword
Please tell me how to change this.
