How to change Proceed to Checkout on Cart Page after Last update?

Feature – Adds option to override the Proceed to Checkout button text on the Woo cart page. (PFW-183) (PFW-193)

I see the above change in your changelog and noticed our website now says “Proceed to Checkout” instead of “Pay with Credit Card” (which used to happen if we enabled Paypal Express buttons on Cart page). How can we change this text as per the changelog notes? I tried finding the settings under WooCommerce, Paypal Express, Paypal Pro, etc but don’t see anything that allows us to change “Proceed to Checkout” text on Cart page.
