How to change page templates

    Hi!

    I want to change the layout for my sites. I understand that i have to create a new css-file containing my layout, and then select it as my sites ‘template’. I just can find the button where i should be able to change that!

    (I saw this youtube-video, which explains it very good – http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ClXmWsE7wo8 – but apperareantly it’s an old version of wordpress he’s using. He chooses templates at 3:14 – where is that option for me?)
