    Thanks for the great plugin!

I just duplicated one of my custom post type pods(let’s call it “original”). The newly created pod now has the name “original2” no matter what I change the labels. Obviously I don’t want a custom post type called original2. How to change that?

I duplicated it using the Duplicate link (i.e Edit | Duplicate | Delete | Delete All Items)

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Pods Admin -> Edit (original2) -> Look at the top of your screen -> Edit Button -> change Name -> press OK

Oh! I knew it had to be something obvious to the developers but not to me 🙂

I’d suggest that it really belongs under labels, maybe? I scanned through all the tabs so many times looking for it. Of course I must have seen that edit button. But I guess because I had already clicked “edit” to get where I was, I didn’t expect to have to click edit again?

Thanks so much for the great plugin and great support!!

Hehe, well UI/UX is never easy and can always be improved upon! And sometimes it’S just to obvious 😅

You’re welcome! The best way to say thanks is to leave a 5 star review at https://wordpress.org/plugins/pods/ and (if you’re feeling especially generous) become a Friend of Pods at https://friends.pods.io/
