    Hello,

Could someone please help me with changing the words inside my Header?

    My website address is creativehomestyles.com

Right now inside my Header bar it says “In Style Staging”. I want to replace these words with “Cretive Home Styles”. Please let me know in detail how to do this step by step. I’m a beginner and don’t know much about WordPress. If it is not possible to change just the words, please let me know how I can create a new Header File and how to insert it into my page.

    Thank you very much.

  • Hi there, your header seems to be an image, do your theme (CandyStripe4New i don’t know it, sorry) have header options?

Hi, I don’t know if my theme has header options. How would I check?

I’m a graphics designer with WP experience. If u have the original header image and access to ur WP-Admin, I can certainly assist: [email redacted]

@dvssdmsk Check in appearance of your back office to see if your theme options

    Hi Nahuelmahe,

I checked in Appearance/Themes and I don’t see any option there to change the header.

You are right, my header is an image. I can create another Header, but I need to know how to replace this old header with a new header. Where would I go exactly to do that and how?

    thank you.

Look, digging into your theme’s code the image seems to be a background,
    so,
do you know how to modify your css file? (“appearance –> editor –> style.css” , if you have no idea what your doing be carefull)
if yes, you need to edit class “.art-header:after” and change the link of the image to your own( now it’s “http://instylestagingsd.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/06/header2.jpg”)

Thank you for your help. I was able to change the header.
