How to change margins around title?

    I like to change the margins around the title. Especially above and below the title I like to minimize the space.

    Dear Lehel,

    First of all sorry for my late response. In the mean I changed some things, but still got sort of the same problem. But I thought problem was in the title margins, but I think it is in the margins of the contact form.

    I am using Page Builder for my website. In one of the blocks I put the contact form. Above the block I wrote something like: ‘Contact me for more information’. Between this title and the contact form is many space and I like to make it smaller. If I delete the title, the contact form still has to much space on top. But no matter I change the space stays.
