How to change layout & remove featured image?

Hey,

I’m using why hello there theme and that is great. I’ve found 2 discrepancies and I want to resolve it. Pls help ASAP.

# 1:
When I add digg digg plugin in my blog so it will appear on above the content so I want to change the fixed layout to box layout, How I can do it?

# 2:
When I add featured image in a post so it has shown in after than folding in big size so I want to disbale featured image from post.
