    I tried the impossible to style those infoboxes, to no avail ..
    It seems some dimensions are hard coded somewhere in the script as they are not pulled through classes but attached directly inside some divs ...

    <div style="width: 247px; height: 184px;">
    <div style="width: 10px; height: 10px; overflow: hidden; position: absolute; opacity: 0.7; right: 12px; top: 12px; z-index: 10000; cursor: pointer;">
    <div style="cursor: default; position: absolute; left: 18px; top: 18px; z-index: 2; overflow: auto; width: 213px; height: 150px;">
    <div style="overflow: auto;">

    Where are those "width=247" and width="213" coming from !?!?
    I surely did not set those up ..

    Thanks in advance

    I'd like the "infobox width" to adjust to the box content (until a max-width), and not have the width automatically preset to some fix value

    If you're using Google, the API makes styling info windows difficult enough that most people use the InfoBox utility library to do it: https://code.google.com/p/google-maps-utility-library-v3/wiki/Libraries

    Unfortunately that means doing some javascript coding. Here's some more info:

    Tried to get this working using some snippets I found here https://groups.google.com/forum/?fromgroups=#!topic/wordpress-geo-mashup-plugin/_ukvMmevNTQ, problem is, now I have TWO info windows popping up, the standard that comes with geo mashup and the new one!

    How can I disable the standard one ?!?

    Is that styling in the standard geo mashup coming from google !?!? I still do not understand why can't I adjust some simple styling elements in there ...

    It's a Google maps issue, not unique to Geo Mashup. There's more here:
