[Theme: Identity] How to change icons from an existing theme

Hi everyone,

I just purchased the Identity theme from profteam :

I’m trying to change all of my icons, they are currently managed through FontAwesome 4.1.0 and I’m trying to change them for my own icons (images).

Can someone tell me if this is possible, and how to do it?
