Support » Fixing WordPress » How to change font size of page header in Sinatra theme?

    I’m using WordPress v5.9.3 (Apr 27 2022), Twenty Twenty-one theme
    Example page: https://spiritualistfirstchurchoftruth.org/links/

    The page name of each page appears at the top of the page in a huge font. In the example page the giant word is “Links” which I would like to make half the size. I know it should be big for cell phones but we don’t want it quite that big on a desktop browser.

    Under the Sinatra theme, Customize, Custom CSS I put:
    .entry-title {font-size:20px;
    }

    The .entry-title is the class my browser dev tool said was used on the header when I selected it in the browser dev tool. I published these changes, forced a reload of the page, but the font didn’t change.

    I’m familiar with HTML but not with the CSS classes WordPress uses. I’m new to the WordPress website editor.

    I read 2-3 pages about themes but it’s not clear to me if I can customize the Sinatra theme or I have to make my own theme.

    Thank you!
