How to Change Font CSS

Love the plugin.
I’m using the shortcode in a sidebar widget and it works great. But I’d like to change the style of the quote and the cite. I’m playing around with ppm-testimonial-plugin-style.css but I’m not seeing any changes.
What am I doing wrong?
