How to Change email adress that is asscoiated with two domains

I am wondering how I can change myh account LorisLittlelessons.com which is a private domain and the other website I orginally started with Mindfulness and mediation, they both have the same email. Can anyone direct me into the right area? I am struggling with this, and I cannot make comments due to this. So , I thank ou in advance for you hrlp and guidance.
