In your dashboard under the General Settings you will find the Date Format and Time Format.

You can set custom formats based the standard PHP date() function parameters, see this link for more details: http://ca2.php.net/manual/en/function.date.php

If that does not work you may need to edit the theme itself if the date/time are specifically coded like your example.

i Want to change the format right after post heading which says like this
i Dont want tagged by information only date and time

on Month Year in Category tagged by Author Name

    Example
on Sep 09 in Headlines tagged by WordPress Author

Please provide a link to download the theme you are using.
