how to change blog post title font, size, and color?

    I found CSS to work for on my static home page to change the size but can’t change the color on it or the font. —>

    font-size: 40px;
    }
    ************

    anyways, how would I go about changing the font color and color along with that CSS code for the blog posts on the static home page?
    Also, how would I change the font, size, and color of the actual blog post title when you click on the blog menu and when you click on the actual blog title to read the full thing? How can I change the font, size, and color of the other page titles on the static home page?
