How to change avatar in my profile?

    Hello
    can somebody tell me how can I change my avatar? I’ve just registered and I have this awful graphics! I’m trying to sign in to Gravatar but wrong email/pass

    Your Gravatar WordPres account is associated with WordPress.com, it’s not the same as WordPress.org.
