    Hi @adiazudin,

    To change the dates of the announcements you can click inside of the announcement date field to reveal the calendar. On the calendar you can click the date you want to use.

    Alternatively you can manually enter the date instead of clicking the date on the calendar.

    Feel free to take a look at our documentation which should help explain things. You’ll want to look at the “announcement date” section.

    No wonder, I can’t see the Announcement Info, there appears to be little problem.

    Hi @adiazudin,

    Can you try temporarily switching to TwentySeventeen and checking if the issue persists? If so can you try disabling each plugin one at a time and re-checking until the issue is no longer present?

    I’d like to see what is possibly causing a conflict and why.

    There is still a problem, I have tried to deactivate plugins except some premium plugins, still not change anything.

    As mentioned in my previous reply, you’ll have to switch to TwentySeventeen and deactivate all plugins to confirm.

    Ok, I try quickly to deactivate all and enable one by one. I must do very quick and don’t want to disturb my visitor.

    Good news! Now you can try reactivating them one at a time until you find the plugin that was causing the conflict. Post back here with the plugin that was causing the issue and if we can access the product we can test against it to come up with a solution to ensure they work well together.

    If it is a premium product you can post the name here (for others who may also run into the conflict in future) and reach out to us via our contact form.

    I have the answer now. Plugin conflict with Everlightbox plugin by @greentreelabs

    Now I’m deactivate Everlightbox for a while to use Timeline Express.
