You can try .tptn_related { text-align: center; }
Hello Ajay. I will try this code but could you tell me which file I need to edit? Thanks!

You can put this in the Custom Style tab of the plugin settings
Hi Ajay,
I tried this but it didn’t work. A page on my site is:
http://canigivemycat.com/pregnancy-test
You see how the title under the thumbnail (left sidebar) doesn’t center? Any other ideas? Thanks!

Can you try:
.tptn_posts { text-align: center; }
.tptn_title { display: block; text-align: center; }
Ajay that did the trick! Thanks so much

Sounds great. Thanks for marking it as resolved.
I am having same issue, but have no idea where to put the code listed above. If I go into my edit section of the plugin -where does it go? My images and titles are not centered on the most popular post plugin. http://imnotatrophywife.com
Thanks!

You need to add the code in the Custom Style tab of the plugin settings page.
Where is this exactly. I went to plugin page, clicked settings, but where is the “custom style” tab. I went into the WordPress.org dashboard, under plugins, scrolled down to most popular posts plugin, clicked settings, scrolled down… and didn’t see any “custom style.”
I think I am not in the right place!?
Thank you

I’m not sure what you mean by “Most popular posts” plugin.
Please check out the screenshots of the settings page:
