  • The header and tagline on my site are skewed to the left instead of centered. Could someone let me know how to change the code so that these are centered? I would appreciate your help so much!! The site is . The theme is Glitter and Lace by Genesis.

    Could you give us a link to your website or of your HTML for a page with the problem?

    Also please wrap your code in the (code) button above the forum post textbox.

    In this section:

    #title-area {
    float: left;
    overflow: hidden;
    padding: 34px 0 0;
    width: 500px;

    Remove float:left; and add in margin:auto;

    The CSS Cassihl recommended is correct.

    You need to use this CSS, but before you do, ensure you have either a;
    ☛ Child Theme –
    ☛ Custom Style plugin –

    I think it worked! The header still shows off center when I look at my site from Dashboard but when I open it through Safari its now centered. Thanks so much!

    Another question–my theme only comes with 1 sidebar (its a Child Genesis theme) but I want two sidebars so that I can have Sidebar-Content-Sidebar. Is there any way to add another sidebar?
