How to Capture Selected Country Code in Mail?

    The country code drop down works perfectly on my page. However, the code is added to my mail template, but I only receive the entered value without the country code.

    How can I capture the country code alongside the value entered by the user?

    For example, if I selected US, It will only capture the number 123456789 not +1123456789. Any ideas?
