how to call a plugin file from index.php?

    I had installed a plugin and now i want to call it from index.php file.. but i’m getting error for each function in the plugin file.. the error is abt redclaration of function.

    I had just installed a user registration plugin.. but i’m not able to call it..

    When i’m inclding plugin file in index.php.. it is giving me error for the functions in plugin file..

    Is it possible to direcly call the funtions of plugin in index.php file??
