How to call a custom page into the index.php?

    1) I have a custom php page. Some short codes are used in the admin page(not php code)

    2) So for example my custom page is soccer.php and the results(from shortcode used) appears nicely when I fired http://xxx.com/soccer/

    3) It is just a simple code. How do I call this page(or shortcode) into my index.php to occupy a small portion of my front page?
