WordPress HTTPS (SSL)
[resolved] how to avoid images being linked as https://? (2 posts)

I've noticed that when I enable WordPress HTTPS plugin, all my media links are created as https:// - for example:

    <img src="https://www.example.com/wp-content/uploads/...

I'd rather want them to be normal http:// URLs, i.e.:

    <img src="http://www.example.com/wp-content/uploads/...

Is there a way to do it with WordPress HTTPS plugin enabled? I use this plugin as I want the users to redirect to http:// version of the website if they are not logged in.

You don't have to worry about that. The plugin takes care of everything. HTTP page show HTTP images and HTTPS pages show HTTPS images. It's not an either or thing.
