How To Automatically Approve Some User Registration From Email List?

For a new website I’m creating, I’d like to use “New User Approve” plugin to approve new users, BUT there is a list of several thousand known people that I’d like to approve automatically if they choose to sign up. Is there a plugin that could do this, i.e., automatically approve some email addresses but not others?
